The project 1 of SCLA111 is a project I choose as an actual example of collaboration I have experienced in studying through SCLA111. The main thesis of the project 1 is about American culture. But as a group of two international students, me and my group mate felt really challenged by researching a specific city in the US. Through preparing for the project, I was able to gain valuable collaborate skills that was unlike preparing for project 2. When both group members felt difficult for the task, the collaboration spirit helped us most by encouraging each other to overcome the difficulties. And as the result, both of us managed to get a decent speech presented to our audience.
